Together with a growing, determined team, we are committed to building a talent development platform that brings learning and career development for young professionals (0-4 years of experience) to every employer.

We are kicking it off by bringing young professionals up to speed through a training programme that is digital-first, expert-led and inherently social.

The Opportunity

We’re building a platform and community that will redefine the future of work for young people, and we’re looking for business leaders who are mission-aligned, want to share their skills with the next generation and join a community of other leaders.

You could deliver learning to our students in two ways:

1. Live Masterclasses: 90min interactive session designed to teach techniques, tools, and methods to develop business skills – all from your laptop.

2. Short Bites: 10min recorded videos teaching a skill or tool that will level up our students.

Some questions answered

Q: I’m not a teacher, though?

A: All good! If you’re an experienced professional/leader, we’ll teach you how to deliver the Hyphen way.

Q: Do I need to come to a location?

A: Nope, it’s all remote. You might be asked to film at our office - if so, we’ll cover all costs.

Q: How will I fit it in my schedule?

A: You can record 1 short bite (5-10min), deliver 1 masterclass a month, or become a regular speaker - it depends on what you’re willing to commit.

Q: What do you pay to teach?

A: We love that you’re interested! Let’s chat.

Q: Do I need to create any lessons?

A: Nope! We’ve written all of the content. All you need to do is bring your experiences and flair.
