Now we are looking for an SDR (B2B) (f/m/x) to help us land companies and enable 1 million young professionals to learn the skills to succeed in the future of work.

Role overview:

This is one of our first growth roles at Hyphen and you’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of organizations to leverage our learning platform for early stage young professionals.

We’re hiring growth talent early as we know how crucial it is to hear from the market and drive revenue from the get-go. You’ll be responsible for driving our top-to-mid-funnel B2B pipeline of startups and scaleups (SMEs) and supporting the growth team with pitches.

We want you to have ambitions to grow into a Account Executive role in the medium-term and will support you in your journey from day one.

What’s the role:

  • Work closely with the Growth Lead in building the pipeline, conducting phone and email outreach and securing meetings.

  • Identifying key personas and decision makers and formulating effective strategies to get their attention and interest in Hyphen - upskilling in a noisy market, we need to stand out

  • Build scalable and repeatable outreach sequences and record all activity within our CRM software (we use HubSpot)

  • Provide metrics to the leadership team on performance and areas where support is required.

Job requirements

Who are you:

We know - sometimes, you can't tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you're a good fit!

  • At least 1+ years of experience as an SDR already with ambition to progress

  • Previous experience with phone and email outreach, prospecting, lead qualifying and developing and delivering pitches.

  • Comfortable with rejection, pushbacks and loves an objection - as well as a failure - and sees it as a learning opportunity.

  • A super strong communicator; we’re looking for someone who can articulate our value proposition and the problems we’re solving for companies.

  • Experience setting targets and managing junior sales talent.

  • Passion for education and empowering people is a must!

  • (Ideally) based in London (we sponsor Visas) - we’re remote by definition but aim to build hubs in London and Berlin that our future team members should join.
